HeHalutz 22, Herzliya
Urban Renewal Project
The project proposes an urban renewal scheme for a new residential building at 22 HeHalutz Street in Herzliya.
Prepared as a statutory planning plan, the project replaces existing development with a contemporary residential building that responds to its immediate urban context.
The proposal includes 25 new housing units and is developed under the Shaked urban renewal framework.
The design focuses on scale, continuity, and integration within the existing neighborhood fabric, rather than on formal expression.
Particular attention was given to the relationship between the new building and the street, ensuring a clear transition between public space and private residential use.
The project seeks to strengthen the street environment while maintaining the character and proportions of the surrounding area.
The project was developed in collaboration with Hoffler Architects.
